Fulfillment Policy

Payment for Online Orders

All online sales must be made by credit card, and are final. LynnVale Studios, LLC accepts payment from the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.

Once an order is submitted, LynnVale, LLC cannot change, modify or combine an order or change a method of payment.

Flower Orders

All flowers sold by LynnVale Studios contain freshly harvested LynnVale Grown flowers and on occasion are supplemented by premium flowers sourced from our local, regional and international farming partners . Unless otherwise specified, specific flowers are not guaranteed.

Flowers are a perishable product.   All our flowers for local delivery are transported in water and delivered, wrapped with stems exposed and, whenever possible, placed in a shady location (ex. covered front porch) at the designated delivery address. At times some of our flowers and/or foliages may appear wilted.  This can be more common during periods of extreme weather conditions.  Our flowers will usually revive after they have been re-cut and placed into warm water and hydrated for at least 12 hours in a climate controlled area, out of direct sunlight. LynnVale Studios, llc does not guarantee a specific vase life for the entire order. Some flowers & foliages have longer vase lives than others.  In general, unless otherwise specified, our flowers & foliages last from 5- 7 days.

Flowers cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have an issue with your flower order, please contact us  with your order number that can be found on the email receipt. If your flowers arrive damaged, you must provide photos of the flowers so we can assess their condition within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Flower orders can only be cancelled 36 hours prior to the selected delivery date.  All orders that have been sent out for delivery are non refundable.
If you choose “Palisades Market Pickup” as your delivery method, your flowers will not be shipped. They will be ready for pickup at the farm on the date selected.
If you are sending flowers to someone as a gift, be sure they will be home on the selected delivery date. LynnVale Studios is not responsible for wilted or perished flowers that are delivered to the correct address, on the correct date and were not properly placed in a climate controlled area or unpacked within four hours of delivery in mild temperatures (between 40 and 75 degrees Fahrenheit), or two hours for moderate to extreme temperatures (under 40 degrees, over 75 degrees.)
Flower orders returned to LynnVale Studios due to an incorrectly provided address or package refusal are ineligible for a refund.

LynnVale Studios is not responsible for allergic reactions to flowers or plant matter when in contact with or ingested by humans or animals.  We suggest that all our flowers and foliage be kept out of  reach of small children & pets.

Special Event Orders

All our flowers for small-scale special orders/event deliveries are designed, unless otherwise specified,  and delivered in vases and/or containers, and placed in a shady location (ex. covered front porch) at the designated delivery address.  At times some of our flowers and/or foliages may appear wilted.  This can be more common during periods of extreme weather conditions.

LynnVale Studios, llc does not guarantee a specific vase life for the entire order. Some flowers & foliages have longer vase lives than others.  In general, unless otherwise specified, our flowers & foliages last from 5- 7 days with some notable exceptions including dahlias, poppies & sweet peas which last approximately 3-5 days.
LynnVale Studios llc is not be responsible for damage to furniture and/or structures that our special event arrangements may be placed on.  We recommend alway protecting surfaces with  a trivet, saucer and/or plate under our arrangements upon delivery.
Small-scale special event orders can only be cancelled two weeks prior to the selected delivery date.  All orders that have been sent out for delivery are non refundable.
Special event orders returned to LynnVale Studios due to an incorrectly provided address or are ineligible for a refund.
LynnVale Studios is not responsible for allergic reactions to flowers or plant matter when in contact with or ingested by humans or animals.  We recommend that all our flowers and foliage be kept out of  reach of small children & pets.
For large scale events & weddings, please refer to additional fulfillment policies outlined in your signed LynnVale Studios, llc special event contract.

Gift Messaging

In the event you specify a gift message to be delivered with your order, you agree that LynnVale Studios, llc  is not responsible in any manner for the content of your message or the receipt or use of that message by the recipient or others. You agree not to include any defamatory, obscene, illegal or offensive content in your gift messages or content that would violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others when published, distributed or displayed by LynnVale Studios, llc as part of LynnVale Studios, llc offering its services through the Service. LynnVale Studios, llc will not be liable for any claims relating to or arising from such gift message including, without limitation, any claims relating to invasion of privacy or security breaches. We reserve the right to discontinue or not display or distribute any gift message if we reasonably believe that such display or distribution would violate the terms above. You acknowledge and agree that any gift message you provide to LynnVale Studios, llc may be shared with the recipient of the related product.

Fine Art Orders

Fine Art items are nonrefundable and not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds and replacements are only available if the wrong item is received. If you have an issue with your fine art order, please contact Lou Gagnon within five days of receiving your order. Refund or replacement eligibility is void if the item has been hung.

Workshops

ALL art & flower workshop registrations are non-refundable. Workshops will be held rain or shine, students wishing to transfer their registration accept full responsibility for any/all arrangements to do so.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only available if you’ve received the wrong order, or the order arrives damaged. LynnVale Studios, llc does not provide exchanges on any product.
